Refund Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

1. The short version

If we cannot deliver what you ordered, you do not pay for it. Any part of an order that is not delivered as specified is refunded. Work that has been delivered and verified live is covered by our 12-month replacement promise instead of a refund: if a covered link drops within 12 months, we replace it free on an equal or better site — and if we cannot replace it, we refund that placement.

2. Before work starts

Packages and retainers are confirmed with you personally before work begins. If you cancel before work has started, you receive a full refund — no fees, no questions beyond confirming the cancellation.

3. Undelivered or partial orders

  • If we cannot deliver a package as specified, the undelivered part is refunded in full.
  • If part of an order is delivered and part cannot be, the delivered part is charged and the rest is refunded.
  • If a delivery deadline we stated passes without delivery and without an agreed extension, you may cancel the undelivered remainder for a refund.

4. Delivered placements and the 12-month replacement promise

Delivered, verified placements are digital work published on third-party websites and cannot be "returned" — so instead of refunds they carry replacement cover:

  • If a covered editorial link is removed or the host page disappears within 12 months of delivery, we replace it free on an equal or better site.
  • If a replacement of equal quality is not possible, we refund the price of that placement.
  • Changes you or a third party make to the target page (URL changes, redirects, page removal on your own site) are outside this cover — tell us about URL changes and we will try to have anchors updated where the publisher allows.

5. Marketplace orders (Guest Post Sites & Power Sites)

  • If a publisher cannot publish your placement (rejection, site closure, or no response within the stated window), you choose: a replacement site of equal or better value, or a refund for that placement.
  • Once a placement is published and verified live, Section 4 applies.
  • Content you supply that a publisher rejects for policy reasons (for example prohibited topics) is not refundable for the outreach already performed; we will offer alternative publishers where possible.

6. Press release distribution

Before distribution begins, a press release order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once the release has been sent to outlets, distribution cannot be recalled and that portion is non-refundable. If we fail to distribute as specified (for example, materially fewer outlets than the package states), Section 3 applies to the shortfall.

7. Monthly SEO retainers

  • Retainers have no lock-in: you may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
  • Work already delivered in the current month is not refundable; placements delivered under a retainer carry the same 12-month replacement cover.
  • If a new month has been paid for but its work has not started, that month is refunded in full on cancellation.

8. What is not refundable

  • Placements that are live and verified as delivered (covered by replacement instead — Section 4).
  • Ranking outcomes: we never sell or guarantee rankings, so changes in search positions are not a refund ground. What we guarantee is the work itself.
  • Third-party costs you incur independently (for example, content you commissioned elsewhere).

9. How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp (+1 (530) 303-7330) or email contact@guestpostgrowth.in with your order details — for marketplace orders, your PayPal Order ID helps us find it instantly. We confirm eligibility within one business day and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval; your payment provider's own timelines then apply.

10. Talk to us first

Almost every problem — a slow publisher, a wrong anchor, a dropped link — is fixable with replacement or correction, and we would rather fix it than refund it. If something looks wrong with an order, contact us before opening a payment dispute and we will put it right under this policy. Reach us any time via the contact page.
