1. The services
GuestPostGrowth provides link building services: guest post placements, niche edit link insertions, press release writing and distribution, and monthly SEO retainers, sold through this website as individual marketplace placements and fixed-price packages. By ordering, you agree to these terms and to our Refund Policy.
2. Orders and confirmation
- Marketplace orders (Guest Post Sites, Power Sites) are paid at checkout via PayPal and confirmed by your PayPal Order ID.
- Packages and retainers are confirmed with you personally — targets, anchors and price — before work begins and before any payment is taken for them.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the URLs, anchor texts and instructions you give us.
3. Prices
All prices are published on the site in US dollars and are fixed for an order once confirmed. We may change prices for future orders; a change never affects an order already confirmed. Taxes or duties imposed by your own jurisdiction, if any, are your responsibility.
4. Delivery
- Each package and listing states its delivery window. Placements are released in waves across that window rather than all at once.
- Delivery is complete when the agreed placements are live and listed in your delivery report (PDF + CSV) with their URLs, anchors and link attributes.
- Publisher-side delays can occasionally extend a window; if that happens we tell you and offer the alternatives in the Refund Policy.
5. Placement, disclosure and no ranking guarantee
- Placements are editorial content on third-party websites. Where a host requires sponsored disclosure, the placement carries it, including rel="sponsored" where the publisher asks.
- Search engines decide rankings. We never guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue — we guarantee the work itself: real publishers, stated metrics, verified live delivery and replacement cover.
- Publishers control their own sites; a placement can be affected by their redesigns, closures or policy changes. Covered drops are handled under the 12-month replacement promise.
6. Acceptable use
- You must have the right to promote the websites and content you give us.
- We may decline or stop orders that promote illegal goods or services, infringe others' rights, or are deceptive — with a refund for any undelivered part.
- Content you supply must be lawful and must not infringe copyright or trademark rights.
7. Replacement and refunds
Covered editorial links that drop within 12 months of delivery are replaced free on an equal or better site, or refunded for that placement if replacement is not possible. Undelivered work is refunded. The full rules are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
Articles we write for your order may be used by you for the agreed placement and promotion. Our website, brand, marketplace data and report formats remain our property and may not be copied or resold as a competing dataset.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or changes in search rankings, which — as Section 5 states — we do not control or guarantee.
10. Retainers
Monthly retainers have no lock-in and may be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current paid month, as described in the Refund Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your order confirmation applies to that order. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
